About Maweni Consulting

Complementary expertise. Shared accountability.

Maweni Consulting was founded by brothers Joel and Robert Maweni to help organisations close the gap between a strong idea and reliable delivery.

Why we exist

Important work deserves more than a report.

Joel brings experience in strategy, enterprise development, finance, partnerships and programme delivery. Robert brings senior leadership in complex regulated services, transformation, product development, digital systems, research and professional capability.

Together, that creates a consultancy able to move between the boardroom, the operating model, the user journey, the digital workflow and the capability needed to sustain change.

Our values

What clients can expect.

Clarity

Complexity is made visible and manageable, not hidden behind jargon.

Practicality

Advice is connected to the people, systems and constraints of delivery.

Integrity

We distinguish evidence from assumption and communicate limitations openly.

Partnership

We respect the expertise held by clients, communities and frontline teams.

Quality

Details matter when the work affects client trust, professional standards or significant investment.

Transfer

We leave clients with clear tools, rationale, ownership and capability.
