His experience includes strategic planning, enterprise development, trade and export analysis, entrepreneurship programmes, stakeholder engagement, funded delivery and executive decision support.
He has developed and launched entrepreneurship and skills programmes across Alberta and Manitoba, and produced market, industry and export analysis to support businesses and investment decisions.
Joel combines an MBA with postgraduate training in global finance, trade and economic integration, bringing a practical understanding of how organisations, markets, finance and enterprise interact.
