Robert is a consultant surgeon, entrepreneur and product leader whose work spans high-stakes service delivery, transformation, quality improvement, digital systems, research, professional capability and regulated environments.
Perspective and experience
In senior clinical and organisational roles, he works across multidisciplinary teams, professional standards, governance, evidence, service pathways and difficult operational decisions. That experience informs a practical approach to transformation in any complex organisation.
Robert has also designed, built and operated digital products and platforms involving structured workflows, content systems, user journeys, assessment, feedback, analytics and support operations. He connects product design to the service and operating model around it.
His work in research, teaching, quality improvement and professional development adds expertise in evidence translation, capability strategy, standards and sustainable knowledge transfer.
